With our elec­tric motor kits for dif­fer­ent elec­tric motor types you can build your cus­tomized elec­tric motor. You can choose if the cus­tom elec­tric motors should be designed for high vol­umes or only for a few pro­to­types. We take care of the indus­tri­al­iza­tion of the elec­tric motor pro­duc­tion in close coop­er­a­tion with our partners. 

High Torque Motors (HTM)

The HTM elec­tric motors have an unbeat­ably high torque, so that an addi­tion­al gear­box is not nec­es­sary for most appli­ca­tions. This increas­es the over­all effi­cien­cy of the elec­tric dri­ve sys­tem by up to 10%. The out­er diam­e­ter as well as the motor length can be adapt­ed exact­ly to the cus­tomer’s require­ments. The motors are espe­cial­ly good for air­planes, drones, motor­cy­cles, bus­es, bicy­cles and mobile robots.

High Speed Motors (HSM)

These elec­tric motors achieve ultra high speeds and are very qui­et in oper­a­tion at the same time. Because of the high speeds, the motors achieve a fan­tas­tic pow­er den­si­ty, which means that the mass iner­tia of the rotor can be reduced and there­fore high­er accel­er­a­tion can be achieved. Espe­cial­ly impellers of pumps, blow­ers and com­pres­sors can be dimen­sioned small­er and more com­pact due to the high speeds.

High Efficient Motors (HEM)

The com­bi­na­tion of the hair­pin tech­nol­o­gy and the use of the reluc­tance torque allows our high­ly effi­cient elec­tric motors to achieve high effi­cien­cy over a wide speed range. There­fore, these elec­tric motors are very good for elec­tric vehi­cles with a long range. The dimen­sions of the motor and the hous­ing can be adapt­ed exact­ly to the cus­tomer’s require­ments. In addi­tion, there is the option of direct inte­gra­tion with a spur gear or a plan­e­tary gear.
